  1. Download a browser that is compatible with both your computer and the FNMT system.
  2. Access the web page of the Fábrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre (FNMT). 
  3. Click on “Get Software Certificate” > “Pre-configuration”, and access the “FNMT Configurator Download Area” link.
  4. Return to the “Previous Configuration” tab and select “Request Certificate” from the side menu to process the request.
  5. Proof of identity in person.
  6. Wait 24 hours.
  7. Download the digital certificate.
