Who can be a beneficiary?
Small companies, microenterprises or freelancers from any sector that wish to digitize their businesses will be able to access the bonus, as long as they comply with the following:
Meet the financial and effective limits that define the categories of companies.
They must be registered and have the minimum seniority established by the call for applications.
Not be considered a company in crisis
Be up to date with tax and social security obligations.
Not be subject to a pending recovery order from the European Commission that has declared an aid illegal and incompatible with the common market.
Not be subject to any of the prohibitions set forth in Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, 2003, General Law on Subsidies.
Not to exceed the limit of de minimis aid

Check the information available on digitalization solutions and choose the option that best suits your business.

Communicate to the managing body the obtaining of other aids for the execution of the financed activities.
To declare to the granting body all the de minimis aid received.
To declare the aid for tax purposes as income received.
Maintain a separate accounting system
Establish measures to avoid fraud, double financing and falsification of documents.
You must submit to the controls required by the granting body.
You have to ensure that the activity will be environmentally responsible.
Make sure you are in the National Database of Subsidies and in the Register of Beneficiaries of European Funds.
